PROCEDIMENTOS PARA O LICENCIAMENTO AMBIENTAL DE INDÚSTRIAS DE BENEFICIAMENTO DE ROCHA ORNAMENTAL NOS ESTADOS DO ESPÍRITO SANTO E MINAS GERAIS – CENÁRIO ATUAL

Abstract

One of the stages of mining is the processing of a mineral good extracted from nature, and to carry out activities that have a potential polluter and / or degrading to the environment, it is necessary to request a license from the responsible agencies in each location where the enterprise is installed. Being the focus of the work the procedures for licensing the activity of ornamental rock processing subject to environmental licensing because it has characteristics of a project with a degree of pollution / degradation. To obtain these licenses, it is necessary to go through a process with the agencies, to classify the enterprise and analyze which environmental study is appropriate for the environmental interventions of the enterprise. With the end of the work it was possible to make a flowchart aiming at step by step for the licensing of the activity under study. Uma das etapas da mineração consiste no beneficiamento de um bem mineral extraído da natureza, e para realizar atividades que tem um potencial poluidor e ou degradador ao meio ambiente é necessário requerer um licenciamento aos órgãos responsáveis em cada localidade no qual se instala o empreendimento. Sendo o foco do trabalho os procedimentos para licenciamento da atividade de beneficiamento de rocha ornamental passível de licenciamento ambiental por possuir características de um empreendimento com grau poluidor/degradador. Para obter estas licenças é preciso passar por um processo junto aos órgãos, para classificação do empreendimento e analisar qual o estudo ambiental adequado para as intervenções ambientais do empreendimento. Com o fim do trabalho foi possível fazer um fluxograma visando o passo a passo para o licenciamento da atividade em estudo
